JV FOOTBALL: Braves blast Andrews 40-16, finish 2nd in Conference
The Cherokee fans who braved the driving rain on the drive down to Andrews to watch the JV Braves (5-1) take on the Andrews JV Wildcats on Thursday, Oct. 9 were treated to clear skies, a rainbow and a pot of gold at the end.

It was a tough night for the Braves (3-4) as they traveled to Murphy on Friday, Oct. 3, but J.J. Benjamin, senior running back, ran tough all night long despite the scoreboard which had Murphy on top 56-20.
JV FOOTBALL: Strong defense key to Braves 48-20 win
Cherokee’s defense held the Tigers scoreless until just before halftime and recovered four Tiger fumbles as Cherokee (4-1) dominated Rosman 48-20 at Ray Kinsland Stadium on Thursday, Oct. 2.
