CCS School Board approves Cherokee history project
The Tuesday, Sept. 8 meeting of the Cherokee Central Schools (CCS) Board of Education was called to order at 4:45 p.m.

Cherokee Runners to stage 3rd Annual Sunset 5K
Cherokee Runners Couch to 5K is in its seventh week and will culminate in the group’s 3rd annual Sunset 5K Run/Walk that will be held on Thursday, July 4. The event will include a 1-mile fun run that begins at 7:15pm and the 5K will begin at 7:45pm. The registration fee for the 5K is $15 while the fun run is $10.
