Twenty-six new members were inducted into the National Junior Beta Club at Cherokee Middle School on Monday, Nov. 8.
Cherokee Mites win Cracker Bowl
The Cherokee Mites capped off their season by defeating the Murphy Bulldogs 12-6 to win the 2010 Cracker Bowl on Saturday, Oct. 30. Cherokee DB Isaiah Evans picked off a Murphy pass with less than a minute left in the game to seal the victory for the Braves.
