WCU board removes name ‘Hoey’ from campus auditorium
The Western Carolina University Board of Trustees unanimously approved a resolution removing the name “Hoey” from a campus performance facility.

Scholarships up for grabs at SCC’s 50th anniversary open house

Wrights Creek Baptist Church Vacation Bible School
July 28 at 6p.m. Bible School will also be held July 29-July 31, starting at 6:30 each evening. Join for crafts, singing and good fellowship. There will be a class for adults also.
