N.C. sports delayed until at least Sept. 1
A day after N.C. Gov. Roy Cooper announced his plans for re-opening North Carolina public schools, the NCHSAA (North Carolina High School Athletic Association) announced it is delaying all fall sports until at least Sept. 1.

Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort donated $30,000 to MANNA FoodBank for the organization’s 2015 fundraising efforts recently. This is the 17th year Harrah’s Cherokee has supported MANNA’s mission to end hunger.
