Former Tribal Prosecutor’s Office employee alleges harassment, malicious prosecution
A former employee of the tribal prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit July 31 alleging sexual harassment, hostile work environment, and malicious prosecution after charges against her were dismissed.

This is a criminal docket date for the Cherokee Tribal Court. All of the defendants listed have only been charged with the crimes/offenses listed and should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
