EBCI Board of Elections dismisses McCoy’s protest
The EBCI Board of Elections (BOE) has voted to dismiss the protest filed by Teresa McCoy, candidate for Principal Chief in the September General Election, following a hearing held on Sept. 23.

U.S. Attorney Ron Parsons announced on Tuesday, Oct. 1 that Stanley Patrick Weber, 70, of Spearfish, S.D., was found guilty by a federal jury of five counts of aggravated sexual abuse and three counts of sexual abuse of a minor following a week-long jury trial in Rapid City, S.D.
