Council gives green light to EBCI Holdings on casino bid
Tribal Council has given EBCI Holdings, Inc. approval to go ahead with a bid process seeking to build two new casinos. Res. No. 245, submitted by Scott Barber, EBCI Holdings chief executive officer, was approved by Tribal Council during a Special Session called by Principal Chief Richard G.
