Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel is hosting a job fair at the Snowbird Youth Center outside Robbinsville on Thursday, May 7 from 10am – 2pm.

Lumpy Lambert, General Manager of the new Valley River casino stated, “We are grateful to Wanda Blythe and the Youth Center staff for allowing us to host this job fair in their beautiful new facility. Its proximity to the Snowbird Tribal Community as well as Robbinsville is perfect for us.”

The casino will have representatives from several departments on hand to speak to interested applicants.  “One of the key positions we are recruiting for is Table Games Dealer in-training.  You don’t need any experience, we’ll teach you how to deal,” said Lambert.  “We’re hiring now for the next dealer school session at the casino site near Murphy that begins June 1.”

Other positions available include: slot hosts; slot technicians; facilities maintenance; high volume cashiering; housekeeping, food and beverage servers, cooks and cashiers.
