North Carolina to issue specialty license plate for EBCI
Members of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians will soon be able to purchase a North Carolina license plate specifically for them which contains the EBCI tribal seal.
Council approves purchase of historic land in Franklin
A culturally significant resource will be turned over to tribal control as Tribal Council approved the purchase during Budget Council on Tuesday, Sept. 4 of land near Franklin containing soapstone boulders with petroglyphs.
