Park to receive maintenance backlog funding
The Great Smoky Mountains National Park will soon be able to get to work on some maintenance issues due to federal funding approved in recent bi-partisan legislation.

Chilogatee Stream Restoration project in Park completed
Great Smoky Mountains National Park officials announced on Wednesday, June 3 the completion of an enhancement and restoration project of a 4,613-foot section of Chilogatee Branch and four of its tributaries totaling 744 feet within the park.
