Jerome Watty, 66, of the Big Cove Community passed away unexpectedly on March 3, 2015 while at the Mission Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville.

Brenda Lee (Swayney) Sluder, 52, of Cherokee, went home to be with the Lord on March 2, 2015 following a brief stay at the Mission Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville.

Marcella Wilnoty, of Cherokee, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 62 on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015 at the St. Joseph’s Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville with her loving family at her side.

Catherine (Katie) Conseen Lambert, 76, born July 11, 1938, of the 3200 Acre Tract community, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday morning, Feb. 18, 2015 following an extended illness.

Kelly Thomas Cooper, 87, of Cherokee passed away on Feb. 12, 2015 at the Tsali Care Center in Cherokee following an extended illness.

Pamela (Conseen) Adams, 61, of 585 Laurel Cove Rd., Leicester, and a native of Cherokee, passed away on Feb. 13, 2015 at the Cherokee Indian Hospital following an extended illness.

Davina Lucy George, 38, of Cherokee, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015 while at the Mission Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville.

Lewis Hillard Long, 71, of Cherokee, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 10, 2015 following a period of declining health while staying at the Brian Center in Waynesville.
