     Domestic Violence is a pattern of coercive behavior that is used by a person against family, household members, or dating partners to gain power or control over the other party in an intimate relationship.  Examples include:  Emotional abuse, physical violence, sexual abuse, psychological intimidation, verbal abuse, threats, and stalking.

     Eligible Clients are individuals seeking assistance with domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or dating violence issues. 

     Services provided: Victim advocacy, legal assistance, court accompaniment, transportation, emergency shelter 24/7, relocation services, crisis counseling, prevention education, outreach activities, case management services and transitional housing assistance.

     Important information: Individuals seeking a protective order or additional assistance through the EBCI DV/SA Program, there is some important information you may need.

-Social Security Number for all parties involved

-Driver’s License Number for all parties involved

-Enrollment Numbers for all parties involved (if applicable)

-Date of birth, employment information, and general identifying information
