The Cherokee Braves wrestling team lost in a conference match to Rosman by a score of 45-33 on Tuesday, Jan. 4 at home.

The Cherokee Braves wrestling team took third place out of nine schools overall in the Chief Osley B. Saunooke Wrestling Tournament held at Cherokee High School on Dec. 18, 2010.

The Cherokee Braves wrestling team split (2-2) their four matches at the EBCI Duals held at Cherokee High School on Saturday, Dec. 11. Cherokee beat Hendersonville (34-30) and Hiwassee Dam (47-12) and lost to East Henderson (41-40) and Swain (45-28).

The Cherokee Braves Wrestling team lost to Tuscola and Franklin in a tri-meet on Tuesday, Dec. 7.

The Lady Braves (2-0) blazed past the Hayesville Lady Yellow Jackets (1-3) by 30 points on Friday, Dec. 3.
