McCoy sentenced to 51 months on federal meth charge
Timothy Jason McCoy, 47, of Cherokee, was sentenced on Thursday, Aug. 22 to 51 months in prison and four years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, announced Andrew Murray, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.

This is a criminal docket date for the Cherokee Tribal Court. All of the defendants listed have only been charged with the crimes/offenses listed and should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
