There used to be an old saying that puzzled me whenever I heard it. It pertained to finding a lost object. People said, or still say…“It was in the last place I looked”…Of course it was. I’ve always wondered if anyone would continue to look after they found it. Hmm…..

Once again, the general public has been made aware that a personnel file containing compelled, personal information pertaining to a candidate for Principal Chief, was stolen from Tribal records and distributed to the public in an internet social medium form.

The Wolftown Community Club held their School Supply event on Saturday, Aug. 8, and it was a success!

As I navigate the streets of Cherokee, whether on foot or in a vehicle, I regularly see vehicular traffic disregarding the pedestrian crosswalks, and I see pedestrians crossing in areas not designated for pedestrian crossing.
