Jason McMillan recently attended the 2014 UA Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City in Bradenton, Fla. He competed with some of the top high school baseball players in the United States while receiving enormous amount of training from former high school, college and major league coaches. It was an experience for Jason that will always be remembered.
Jason expresses his great appreciation from the last fundraising event set up by Barry and Vicky Reed, Tara Reed and Jessie Welch and Family. Thank you to all the participants that attended and providing some very helpful advice. A special thank you to Hardee’s, Granny’s Kitchen, Dairy Queen, Newfound Lodge and the BP Store for making generous donations to the event.
We would also like to personally thank Granny’s Kitchen for their generous donation support to Jason’s trip to Bradenton, Fla.
We greatly appreciate the overwhelming support given to Jason by the Cherokee Central School’s staff members, coaches, classmates, teammates and to the community members of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Thank you all so much.
Barry and Raeline McMillan,
Parents of Jason McMillan
