Cherokee Indian Fair Parade info

Entry forms for the 2014 Cherokee Indian Fair Parade are now available at the Welcome Center located across from the Cherokee Indian Fairgrounds.  This year’s theme is “Cherokee People: Our Legends and Tales”.  There are three categories including: Community, Business/Tribal Entity, and Youth/Childcare.  Prizes for each category are: 1^st place – $600, 2^nd place – $400, 3^rd place – $200.  The grand prize is $1,500.  Info: Welcome Center 554-6490, fax: 497-2505, travel@nc-cherokee.com, or Josie Long 554-6491
