Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort will host the American Cornhole League’s Championships of Bags (COBs) for the second year in a row.  The four-day event will take place July 18-22 at the Event Center and have a minimum guaranteed prize pool of $50,000.

COBs 2017 features a $20,000 Finals Night in addition to a $10,000 Doubles Final and $20,000 Singles Final. All three events will be broadcasted on ESPN 3. Players can participate in local leagues and tournaments for points to qualify in advance for one of the tournaments or receive discounts to final qualifier tournaments and pre-registration tournaments.

Stacey Moore, Director of the ACL, says, “We are thrilled to be bringing COBs back to Cherokee for the 2017 season finale and sincerely appreciate the support from Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort. We are adding more events in July for everyone, plus a freeroll event for those that show up the first day. The 8 Bag Cornhole Challenge Qualifying Events are a fun twist and take only a few minutes to play. Anyone can play and anyone can win with the ACL.”

Leading up to the Main Event, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort will host a Qualifying Series for players to earn points and automatic bids into the big cash tournaments.
