Jerry Wolfe, Beloved Man of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, is shown with John McCoy, Tribal liaison with Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) of North Carolina. Wolfe is receiving an award and letter for his participation with the Southeast Regional American Indian Workgroup. Wolfe is the elder representative of North Carolina and has served on the Elders Board for several years.
