BUS SAFETY CLASSES
The Boys Club has started their annual school bus safety classes for the students of Cherokee Schools.  This week students from Pre-K, STARS and 1st through 5th grades will board a school bus and ride to the Cherokee Boys Club to watch a video and get instruction on safety issues.

Everyone should note that as the days get shorter, students may be catching the bus in the morning or riding the bus home in the evening without as much daylight as before.  Please watch out for these students and encourage your children to watch out for the traffic.

CONGRATULATIONS
Congratulations to Terry Bradley, the Boys Club’s IT Coordinator, for being appointed to the Board of Advisors for Cherokee Broadband Enterprises.  Terry’s appointment was confirmed by Tribal Council Resolution on September 28.
