Judiah Edward Pheasant, unborn infant died on October 26, 2010. He was the son of Ernest Pheasant Sr and Marie Pheasant of Cherokee.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, Ernest Pheasant Jr., paternal grandmother Hattie Panther of Cherokee maternal grandmother Barbara Stansberry of Bryson City and numerous aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Edward J. Pheasant and maternal grandfather Sam Walkingstick. Graveside services were held October 29, 2010 at 2pm at the Pheasant Family Cemetery in the Big Cove Community. The Rev. Bo Parris officiated.
