This month’s report is a little later than normal because we have all been distracted by the many events and upheaval within our Tribe.
Chief Lambert given honorary Chief of Police membership
The Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association of Chiefs of Police (NCACP) unanimously voted last month to award Principal Chief Patrick Lambert an honorary membership in the association.
Tribal Court Docket for March 1
This is a criminal docket date for the Cherokee Tribal Court. All of the defendants listed have only been charged with the crimes/offenses listed and should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
