EDITORIAL: A double-edged sword
We, as a Tribe, have taken a position that drug abuse is a sickness or disease. If so, why is it that we maintain a contradictory view of zero tolerance? I can’t think of another illness that will result in immediate termination if you have it even once.

EDITORIAL: Doing the same things and expecting a different outcome
Someone once said the very definition of insanity is to continue to do things as we have always done them and expecting change. As a Tribe, we don’t particularly like change.
