LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Hospital employee retiring
On May 6, I’ll be retired from the PT department of the Cherokee Hospital, and want to say so long and see you later, since there won’t be the opportunity to tell everyone in person.

Any devil’s only real authority over people is not in what a demon can actually do to them, but it’s, more about the effect the demon, through some diabolical deception, or scheming ruse, or plan, which can have on a person in either allowing it or in doing something themselves.
COMMENTARY: Don’t let yourself be silenced.
One of the issues that recurs when we, the public, are informed about banishments, is that we do not receive much more than a name and a birth date when it comes to banished individuals.

Silence can be deceptive. If you are sitting in a courtroom, like I was last week, you can get the feeling that justice is delivered at a snail’s pace.
COMMENTARY: “My Truth”
I was listening to a recent session of Tribal Council in which it was stated that the person speaking was there to tell “my truth”. The inference from that statement (my opinion only) is that truth is situational. And I think many people believe that either truth depends on viewpoint or that truth can be different for anyone and everyone.
