Alexander Joseph Estep, 30, of Troy, Ill., went to be with the Lord on the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025. He died unexpectedly at his home in Whittier, N.C.

Harland “Buck” Squirrell, 61, of Cherokee, N.C., passed away on Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, at Cherokee Indian Hospital in Cherokee, N.C., after a period of declining health.

Jackson G. Beck, 92, of Easley, S.C., and Towstring, N.C., went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025.

Michael Farriday Lambert Sr., 90, of the Yellowhill Community, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025.

Brina “Bri-Bri” L. Blauvelt, 24, passed away Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, in Savannah, Ga.  Born in Robbinsville, N.C., she had lived in McIntosh County for the past 20 years.
