Vice Chief Larry Blythe and Carmaleta Monteith, Cherokee Indian Hospital Authority Governing Board chairperson, manned trackhoes to move the first dirt for the new Cherokee Indian Hospital during a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, March 18.
