The EBCI Public Safety Communication Center received a report at 10:05pm on Thursday, May 21 of a male subject having been shot in the head.
What is Section 17?

About 100 gallons of fuel spill into river
Diesel fuel leaked into the Oconaluftee River from the Cherokee Mini-Mart underground storage tanks over a month ago. The leak occurred on April 2 and was discovered a day later.
