Patrick Bradley Allison, 42, an EBCI tribal member and tribal employee, was killed as the result of a head-on collision that occurred on Birdtown Road (US-19) on the morning of April 14, 2015.

Ernest Tiger, an EBCI tribal member and businessman, is unhappy with the current laws and structure of the Tribal Business Preference Law and the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) laws.

Tribal Council voted 8-3 to place the Tribal Governmental Affairs budget under their budget – monies that were previously located in the Executive Office’s budget.

I traveled with members of tribal council to Washington, D.C. for the United South and Eastern Tribes (USET) Impact Week on Feb. 7-11 and to the National Congress of American Indians meetings to find common ground with other tribal leaders and advocate for priority issues of our Tribe.
