The Truman D. Picard Scholarship Program, sponsored by the Intertribal Timber Council, is dedicated to American Indian/Alaskan Native students pursuing a higher education in natural resources. The application process includes a letter of application, resume, three signed letters of reference, evidence of enrollment in a federally-recognized Indian tribe or Alaska Native Corporation and transcripts.
