Anna Louise Watty, 52, of Cherokee, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 23, 2011, surrounded by her family. Ms. Watty was preceded in death by a grandson Fabian.
Ms. Watty is survived by her parents, Samuel and Elsie Welch Watty; by two daughters, Stephanie Watty and Charla Reed; by a son, Charles Reed Jr.; by three sisters, Mary Montelongo, Regina Watty and Rebecca Watty; by three brothers, Sam Watty, Dennis Watty, and Charles Watty; by four grandchildren, Bryce, Taryn, and Seth Ledford, and Aaliyah Voss, all of Cherokee; by a special friend Mollie Littlejohn; and by ten nieces and nine nephews.
Funeral Services were held on Sunday, December 25, 2011 at 2 PM at Straight Fork Baptist Church with Revs. Charles Ray Ball and Floyd Panther officiating.
Bryson City Funeral Home & Memorial Services was in charge of arrangements.
