The Robbinsville Black Knights (#3 seed in the west) travel to undefeated Mount Airy (#1 seed in the west) on Friday, Dec. 4 for the semifinals of the State 1A playoffs.
The Black Knights got to this point by winning three playoff games including: Nov. 13 v. South Davidson (63-13), Nov. 20 v. South Stanly (46-7) and Nov. 27 v. Elkin (40-6). Mount Airy got here by winning their playoffs games including: Nov. 13 v. Rosewood (52-0), Nov. 20 v. West Columbus (39-14), and Nov. 27 v. Princeton (51-20).
The game is scheduled to start at 7:30pm and is being held at Mount Airy High School located at 1011 N. South Street in Mount Airy.
