Brandon (Smalls) Kyle Sampson, 29, of the Birdtown Community, crossed over to be his with Dad on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2026. Born Nov. 14, 1996, to Shakira (Miss Bea) Sampson and No-Qui-Si (Star) Sampson, he was the light and joy of everyone who came to know and love him.
Brandon attended Cherokee High School, where he was a proud member of the JROTC program, graduating in 2016. He was an avid gamer who loved playing online games with his best friends. He was also a loyal team member of Holiday Inn Express in Cherokee. He will be remembered for his kind spirit, warm smile, and the love he shared with his family and friends.
Brandon leaves behind his loving mother, Miss Bea Sampson; his siblings, Jessa, Aydn and Elle Sampson; his maternal grandmother, Rose McCoy; his paternal grandmother, Tinker Sampson; his aunts, Jessica Lambert, Allyson Lambert, Gwen Wildcatt, and Harriet Sampson; his uncles, Leon Sampson and Delbert Sampson; as well as numerous cousins, extended family, and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.
He was preceded by his father, Star Sampson; his maternal grandfathers, Little Bea Bradley and Rick Lambert; along with many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Aug. 8 in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home beginning at 10 a.m. until 11 a.m., with services immediately following. Interment will follow at the Crowe-Littlejohn Cemetery.
Pall Bearers will be Ry Sampson, Logan Teesateskie, Stan Ledford, Charlie Welch, Travis Ledford, and Jace Girty, among other friends and family.
