Pursuant to Cherokee Code (C.C.) section 150-5, the following Cherokee Administrative Rules are being published to inform the public of its adoption and implementation as an emergency rule in order to preserve the public health, safety and general welfare of the Tribe.
Additionally, pursuant to C.C. 150-4 in order to transfer the emergency rules to permanent rules, notice of the following Cherokee Administrative Rules are being published for a public comment period which is open for twenty (20) days from publication of this notice in order to afford interested persons a reasonable opportunity to submit data, views, or arguments in writing. Please submit any writings described above to the PHHS Regulatory and Compliance Department by mail at PO BOX 1806, Cherokee, NC 28719 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
