HOME REHABILITATION

The Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians HIP Program is now accepting applications for home rehabilitation.  Please call Cindi Squirrel, HIP Coordinator, at the Cherokee Boys Club (828) 497-9101 to schedule an appointment.

 

 

BUS DRIVERS ATTEND DEFENSIVE DRIVER TRAINING

The Cherokee Boys Club’s bus drivers attended Defensive Driver training on Friday, July 11.  This training is required and is good for two years.  This course was presented by Michael Kincaid, a representative of Wells Fargo’s Key Risk Department.

NEW CHILDREN’S HOME CONSTRUCTION

Construction work on the new Children’s Home in Birdtown continues.  The site is located on Goose Creek Road.
