The Braves (16-10) will face #2 seed Avery County (23-4) in the second round of the 1A state playoffs on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6pm. The game will be played at Avery located at 401 High School Road, Newland, NC 28657. The Braves narrowly lost to Avery County 55-53 earlier in the season.
The Lady Braves (23-3) will face #9 seed Robbinsville (18-8) in the second round on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 6pm at the Charles George Arena. The Lady Braves have defeated Robbinsville twice this season (78-58 and 63-53).
