The Cherokee High School track team got a parade escort out of town on Thursday, May 9 as they are en route to the 1A State Track Meet at N.C. A&T in Greensboro. CHS will be represented in several events including: Girls 4x800M relay team of Le Le Lossiah, Jordyn Thompson, Avery Mintz and Kendall Toineeta; Girls shot put and discus – Stevi Sutton; and Boys shot put – Justice Littlejohn.
