Ventriloquist Jeff Dunham’s television specials and series are some of the highest rated programs in Comedy Central history and his DVD sales have reached 7 million. His videos have received a half a billion views on YouTube, and his live concerts have become mega-events played in front of sold-out arenas worldwide. Dunham has, of course, plenty of help on-stage with his entourage of signature characters who challenge and chastise his every sentence.
