CULLOWHEE – Western Carolina University’s Department of Intercultural Affairs will offer a free belly dancing workshop from 5-7pm on Tuesday, July 17, on the lawn of A.K. Hinds University Center.
The workshop will be led by performer, choreographer and instructor Lisa Zahiya, who has been recognized by the international belly dancing community for her unique style and fusion dance form. She earned the title “2008 Tribal Fusion Belly Dancer of the Universe.”
