Beginning April 3 at the Birdtown Gym, circuit training will be offered from 5-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The instructor is Arlyce Smith Watkins.
The classes will be similar in nature to her old classes she held at the Ginger Lynn Fitness Center. Exercise examples are push-ups, mountain climbers, and squat jumps. Old school basics that combine cardio with strength training that shape, strengthen, and tone you from head to toe.
Classes will be held outside on occasion, in order to enjoy the good weather.
Cost is $5/session
