If you are currently using nutritional supplements because of a medical condition, the Cherokee Cancer Support Group would like to let you know that they currently have a stock of liquid nutritional supplements available for free. The group also has some home assistance equipment available such as walkers, a shower chair, and crutches for loan. The next meeting of the support group will be on Thursday, April 5 at 5:30pm followed by potluck. The Cherokee Cancer Support Group is non-discriminatory. Their meeting house, Safe Haven, is located at 40 Goose Creek Rd. just behind Jenkin’s Grocery store off Route 19. Safe Haven is staffed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am -2pm.
