BUS SAFETY CLASSES

Bus Safety Classes were completed for the Pre-K through 5th grade students last week.  The students were brought to the Boys Club’s Conference Room, shown a safety video, and were given additional safety information and a snack from Bus Department Manager Allan Oocumma, Assistant Manager, Albert Arch and former General Manager, Ray Kinsland.  Classes for the Middle School students are scheduled for the last week of October and plans for the High School students’ safety classes are still pending.

FLU SHOTS SCHEDULED

The Boys Club has arranged for Community and Home Health staff to give flu shots on Monday, October 17 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. in the Club’s Conference Room during the Club’s regularly scheduled Health Screen.  The flu shots are for any and all Club employees and staff.  Because a large number of the Club’s employees work with children, receiving the flu shots is highly encouraged.
