James Amble Wolfe, Jr.
BRYSON CITY – James Amble Wolfe, Jr. (Bug), 44, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 23rd, 2010 in a Buncombe County Hospital.
A native of Swain County, he was the son of James Amble Wolfe, Sr., and Valerie Catt Wolfe of Cherokee. He was employed with the Cherokee Boys Club for 17 years. He was an avid Hunter, Fisherman, and Harley Rider. He was preceded in death by two sisters, also two grandpa’s Amble Wolfe and Paul Catt, and a Grandmother Eva Wolfe.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of 24 years, Denene Cutshaw Wolfe, two sisters, Lisa Wolfe of Cherokee, and Keleetah Blankenship of Whittier, a Maternal Grandmother, Doris Catt of Cherokee, Father-in-Law Ronnie Cutshaw of Bryson City, Mother-in-Law Betty Ball Cutshaw of Bryson City, Brother-in-Law Allen Cutshaw and wife Missy of Bryson City, Special Step Mother-in-Law Sue Connerr of Webster, Neices Brittanee, and Daliyah, and Nephews, Goat and Obie, two great nieces Jade and Ilana, Lots of special friends, Aunts, and Uncles.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday January 27, 2010 at Deep Creek Baptist Church. Revs. Mike Cogdill, James (Bo) Parris, and Ray Kinsland will officiate with burial in the West Family Cemetery in Cherokee.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 PM Tuesday at Crisp Funeral Home where the body will remain until placed in the Church 30 min prior to the Services.
