Rosemary Powell, 67, of Cherokee, passed away following a brief illness at the Tsali Care Center on Friday, Aug. 16, 2019 with her loving family at her side.

Dinah (Tooni) George, 97, of Cherokee, passed away at the Cherokee Indian Hospital on Monday, Aug. 12, 2019 following a extended illness.  

Josephine K. Calhoun, 68, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Wednesday, Aug. 7 and was a life-long resident of Cherokee. 

Coleman Wayne “Buddha” Terrell, 36, a native of Swain County, answered his Master’s call on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 after many medical issues.

Malyn “Kelcy” Crowe, 26, went to be with the Lord on July 24, 2019, following a tragic accident.

Cathie (Kasha) Lossiah 71, of Cherokee, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Wednesday July 17, 2019.

Myron “Mike” Robert Ledford, 52, passed away July 14, 2019 at Cherokee Indian Hospital.

D. Charlene Bird-Stiles, 61, of Cherokee, went home to be with the Lord Friday, July 5, 2019 at her residence.
