Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont (GSCP2P) announced on Monday, Aug. 30 the appointment of Karen Golbek Bartlett, Membership Manager for Clay, Graham and Swain counties, as well as the Cherokee Indian Reservation.
