Cherokee’s Raven Frankiewicz has been named to the Smoky Mountain All-Conference Soccer team. Thai Welborn, Murphy, was named Smoky Mountain Conference Player of the Year.
Other players named to the All-Conference team include: Zach Mills, Blue Ridge; Daniel Hickman, Blue Ridge; Grantt Gibson, Hayesville; Taylor Osteen, Highlands; Tyler Munger, Highlands; Dylan Ownbey, Murphy; Tyler Brownlee, Murphy; Foster Stroup, Murphy; Matt Mordhorst, Swain; and Russell Bigmeat, an EBCI tribal member from Swain.
