Snow blankets area

Snow blankets the parking lot of the Cherokee Indian Fairgrounds on Tuesday, Jan. 11. More than a foot of snow fell in the Cherokee area over the past five days causing the closure of Cherokee Central Schools and the EBCI. (SCOTT MCKIE B.P./One Feather)
