The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested three persons on Friday, July 23 on crimes that are related to multiple larcenies that occurred in the Whittier area. Two more are wanted in relation to this crime.
William Jarrett Wilnoty
William Jarret Wilnoty, 28, listing an Adams Creek Road address in Cherokee, was arrested on and charged with three counts of Felony Possession of Stolen Property, three counts of Felony Larceny, one count of Felony Conspiracy to Commit Larceny and one count of Injury to Personal Property. He is currently being detained at the Jackson County Detention Center under a $14,500 bond.
Robert John Ayen
Robert John Ayen, 32, listing a Bradley Drive address in Cherokee, was arrested and charged with two counts of Felony Larceny, one count of Felony Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, and one count of Injury to Personal Property. He has been released on bond.
Charity Colleen Littlejohn
Charity Colleen Littlejohn, 23, listing a Josh Toineeta Road address in Cherokee, was charged with one count of Felony Possession of Stolen Property, two counts of Felony Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, and one count of Injury to Personal Property. She has been released on bond.
These crimes occurred at Cherokee Electric where the listed suspects allegedly took copper wire from this location on two separate occasions.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is also seeking information about the whereabouts of two other individuals that have been implicated in these same crimes including Adrian Emanuel Aguilera and Joshua Levi West.
Adrian Emanuel Aguilera
Aguilera, 20, who was last known to be in the Cherokee area, is wanted for Felony Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, Felony Possession of Stolen Property, Felony Larceny and Injury to Personal Property.
Joshua Levi West
West, 21, who was last known to live on Keener Road in Cherokee, is wanted for Felony Larceny, Felony Conspiracy to Commit Larceny, and Injury to Personal Property.
