Sallie Littlejohn Reed, 90, of Cherokee, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017.
She was born April 4, 1926 in Cherokee to the late Henson Littlejohn Sr. and Leewee Crowe Littlejohn.
Sallie is survived by her nieces, Judy Castorena, Polly Castorena, Jonnie Walkingstick, and Caroline Oocumma; nephews, Wiggins Blackfox and Leroy Littlejohn; great nephew, Max; and many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and friends.
In addition to her parents, Sallie was preceded in death by her husband, Esiah Reed; five brothers, Boyd Littlejohn, Thomas (Maygo) Littlejohn, Henson Littlejohn Jr., Jess Littlejohn, and Tommy Littlejohn; and four sisters, Alice Oocumma, Agnes Castorena, Amanda Blackfox, and Mabel Littlejohn.
Services will be held at the Macedonia Baptist Church on Monday, March 6 at 10am. Pastor Dan Conseen and Wayne Carson will officiate. Burial will follow at the Reed family cemetery. Pallbearers will be among family and friends.
