April 28 from 5-7pm. Everyone is welcome. Welch is a 17-year-old EBCI tribal member who was diagnosed with autism when she was 9 years old. She loves all forms of art and uses it to express herself. Her artwork has won both first and third place in the past at the North Carolina Mountain State Fair.
